Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
When you buy a product with the FSC logo, that means that the wood used to make the product comes from a certified well-managed forest. Buying FSC-certified paper and print products help protect forests. Conserving and responsibly managing our forests also benefits the people who live near them.

FSC certifiers assess forest management using the FSC standards. Certifiers evaluate both forest management activities and tracking of forest products (chain-of-custody certification). There are 12 FSC-accredited certifiers around the globe.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI®)
SFI forest certification promotes responsible forestry management. Consumers who buy products with the SFI “percent-content” label know they are buying assurance of well-managed forests.

SFI promotes sustainable forest management, including measures to protect water quality, biodiversity, wildlife habitat, species at risk, and forests.
